CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum 24-hour notice is required to avoid late fees, each patient is subject to 1 cancellation fee waived.
DO I NEED A DOCTORS REFERRAL
You do not need to have a referral to see a Registered Massage Therapist.
If you are being covered by your extended health care plan, be sure to check your policy to see if a referral is needed in order to be reimbursed for the treatments. Generally, once you have received your doctor’s referral it is applicable for massage therapy sessions in the following 12 months. However, some extended health policies only require a doctor referral every 24 months.
ARE TREATMENTS COVERED BY EXTENDED HEALTH?
This would be found in your insurance policy. Each policy has different coverage and you will need to check with your provider or the policy to find this out.
DO YOU ACCEPT ICBC/ RCMP/ MSP CLAIMS
Yes we do. We bill directly to these insurance providers.
